On-Line Appointments

Some appointments have now been released for on-line booking. You will need to bring along a passport or other photo id to join this scheme. Please bring this documentation to the reception desk and one of the reception team will be able to help you with this.


In an emergency contact our doctors straight away, please make this completely clear to the receptionist, e.g. collapse. You may wish to telephone the ambulance at the same time.

Telephone Advice

If you wish to seek advice from a doctor please telephone after morning surgery the best time is between 11.30 and 12.30, our reception staff will ask for some information in order to advise the doctor about the reason for the advice. Please note this is not a consultation.

Practice Nurses

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many conditions and you may be seen more quickly.


If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
